The iSportsTix® Sponsorship Sales Plugin features a step-by-step agreement tool which allows your sales team to collect all the information required to contract the sale — everything from the name of the company to the payment schedule, legal language and notes — including your inventory and seats, too.

Inventory Management

Keep your inventory in one central place that is actually used to generate proposals and agreements — the sales team will automatically use the preset inventory items and rates. Rates can also be overwritten on a contract-by-contract basis.

All agreements generated by the sales team come from a central template library – this ensures that all pitches are in the approved format.

Reporting: All client, inventory and agreement data is easily exportable.

Client Management

Because iSportsTix® offers a full suite of sports CRM functions, you have the ability to add notes, reminders and other client data fields to your potential sponsor’s client page.
